Upon successfully performing eKYC and account registration, an email subject “iDsaya – Account Creation” will be sent to your registered email, containing your account ID Number.
This issue is due to a technical problem with the eKYC backend. If you experience this, please do not repeat the process multiple times. Instead, contact our customer care team and provide the details used during your verification.
Yes.
Go to Profile menu > Profile icon
> Delete Account. If you choose to re-register, you will need to complete the identity verification again.
Note: We do not recommend deleting your account as your eKYC will also be deleted and may cause inconvenience should your eKYC is still required for various processes.
No, we do not recommend this because each registration process records your device’s unique identifier for security purposes.
For your protection, we strongly advise that you consistently use one trusted device for each registration.
Yes, you can change your phone number, but it is not advisable unless necessary. To update it:
Go to the Profile menu > Profile icon
> Change Phone Number. A TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) will be sent to your new mobile number to verify the change. For your security, we recommend keeping your registered number consistent to avoid interruptions in access or verification.
By default, your iDsaya account is not tied to a specific device, so you can log in from any device. However, for your own security, we strongly recommend that you consistently use one trusted device. This helps reduce the risk of unauthorised access and keeps your account safer.
If you uninstall and reinstall the app, your data will remain unchanged. Log in to the app as usual.
